-을/를 불문하고

N을/를 불문하고 means "no matter what N is": the statement applies equally to every kind or degree of N, and it is used mainly in formal or written Korean.

-을/를 불문하고vsV/A-든지 V/A-든지It joins clauses with verbs or adjectives and is fine in speech, whereas 불문하고 needs a noun. 비가 오든지 눈이 오든지 갈 거예요.
