-(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라

Use it to say that besides the first fact, a second fact of the same kind is also true: "not only ... but also ...".

-(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라vsN + 뿐만 아니라Same meaning, but it attaches straight to a noun without (으)ㄹ: 저는 한국어뿐만 아니라 일본어도 해요.

-(으)ㄹ 뿐만 아니라vs-는 데다가Also adds a fact, but sounds more conversational and stresses piling up: 비가 오는 데다가 바람도 불어요.

past: A/V+았/었을 뿐만 아니라

N이다 → N일 뿐만 아니라

맛있다 → 맛있을 뿐만 아니라, 가다 → 갈 뿐만 아니라, 오다 (past) → 왔을 뿐만 아니라

Both parts must point in the same direction (both good or both bad). For contrasting facts use -지만 instead.
For past events, mark the past in the first part too: 왔을 뿐만 아니라, not 올 뿐만 아니라.
The second part usually takes 도 (or 까지) on the added item: 가격도 싸요.
With a plain noun, drop (으)ㄹ and attach 뿐만 아니라 directly: 한국어뿐만 아니라.

Wrong: ~~이 식당은 음식이 맛있을 뿐만 아니라 가격이 비싸요.~~

Right: 이 식당은 음식이 맛있지만 가격이 비싸요.
